Aluminum extrusion material and Painted profiles OR Anodised profiles

Our PROFESSIONAL led profile series for surfaces (only 7mm high) is manufactured in high purity anodised in silver, black and textured white painted (the profile can also be supplied in raw aluminium with no coating of paint). The profile is ideal for using on wall surfaces, furniture, shelves and similar areas, where we require a minimalist profile with very reduced dimensions. “Easy-ON” polycarbonate covers allow tool‑free assembly. Once combined with this profile, it provides an IP44 rating to the luminaire. Create homogeneous and diffused illumination. The profile is suitable for led strips with a maximum length of 12mm, whose power level does not exceed 20W/m. End caps and Fixing clips are included. 10 year guarantee on the profiles. Painted profiles A new textured and painted finish on the profiles, which not only gives a modern appearance but also makes them more resistant to impact and scratches. Customized color finishing is possible depending on the request and the quantity. Anodised profiles Since the profiles undergo a controlled oxidation process when being anodised, their resulting thickness will be thinned down to a lesser quantity of microns when compared to the values before the anodising. By providing a 15 micron thick layer to the profile, we enhance its thermal stability to a greater degree, and so the anodised profile becomes more resistant to degradation over time than its raw version.
